Tragic Police Shooting in Newark
NEWARK, NJ – A shooting incident in Newark on Friday night has left one police officer dead and another critically injured.

The shooting occurred around Carteret Street and Broadway, where witnesses reported hearing more than a dozen gunshots in quick succession.
