DALLAS – Markies Conway, known professionally as Yella Beezy, has been arrested and indicted on charges of capital murder concerning the 2020 shooting of fellow rapper Melvin Noble, popularly recognized as Mo3.
The Indictment
On Tuesday, a Dallas County grand jury formally indicted Conway, marking a significant development in a case that has drawn considerable attention since the tragic event occurred. Court documents reveal that Conway allegedly enlisted Kewon Dontrell White to carry out the murder of Noble.

The shooting in question took place on November 11, 2020, in an ambush-style attack on Interstate 35 in Dallas during daylight hours. Reports indicate that Noble was in his vehicle on the highway when he was approached by White, who was wearing a ski mask and brandishing a firearm.
