Cynthia Isaac is a Truth Teacher, Transformation Coach, and Healer of Hearts who has dedicated her life to helping women transform their pain into power and purpose. With a deep understanding of the emotional challenges women face—particularly Black and Indigenous Women of Color (BIWOC)—Isaac’s approach is grounded in lived experiences which is a portal to lasting transformation.  This is the foundation of her coaching expertise, and deep commitment to guiding others through their own transformative journey.

As the Founder of Rise, Remember, Reclaim, Cynthia Isaac offers a safe, sacred space for women to own their truth, heal, and reclaim their lives. Through her coaching, writing, and public speaking, she has helped hundreds of women rise above their grief, rediscover their power, and design lives anchored in purpose, love, and resilience. Her story is one of profound personal growth, marked by the challenges she overcame as a single mother, a widow, and a woman determined to redefine her relationship with love, healing, and self-worth.

Isaac’s journey has been far from easy. She is the proud mother of a daughter, and after navigating the grief of losing her husband, she committed herself to a lifelong journey of learning and healing. Her ability to guide others stems from both her professional training and her lived experience. She is an international best-selling author, certified in multiple healing modalities, including Emotion Code Practitioner, NLP, Hypnotist, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).

Her focus is on truth, freedom and liberation leading to self-reliance and self-leadership, through soul-aligned coaching, helping women of color reclaim their voices, vision, and value in the world.

“I don’t just coach. I am a force of nature, mirroring to my women clients what they forgot was theirs all along: power, peace, and divine presence,” says Cynthia Isaac. This philosophy is the foundation of her work, and it has led her to create transformative programs for women to step into their divinity, embrace love, and break free from generational cycles. One of her most popular offerings is the “Taste of Freedom Guided Meditation”, which is a 15 minute breakthrough process which allows potential clients to get a taste of what it’s like to experience their own rapid results, helping them move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Cynthia Isaac’s approach is unique in the way it combines deep emotional healing with intuition- a powerful commitment to creating a safe space for women of color to freely share their stories and embrace their power. “Liberation begins when we speak what was once silenced,” says Isaac. This quote encapsulates her belief that every woman has the right to reclaim her voice and live her truth. By creating programs for widows, grieving parents, and community members, she has built a platform for self love and transformation. Her efforts included facilitating weekly grief support groups at funeral homes and creating bereavement programs for churches and community colleges.

Isaac’s work reaches beyond just private coaching sessions. She has spoken at the Widows Conference and Bereaved Parents Conference, where she has shared her wisdom and healing methods with others who have experienced deep loss. She also hosted an online talk radio show for widows and created local monthly in-person meetups, offering a place for women to connect, heal, and rise together. These platforms allow her to amplify her message and reach even more individuals who are seeking healing and empowerment.

Isaac’s mission is clear: to help women reclaim their power, heal their hearts, and rise above their pain. “Because you’re not just passing through—you’re leaving a legacy trail,” she affirms. This belief is central to her work, as she encourages women to embrace their unique story, turn their pain into purpose, and create lasting impact in the world.
