NYC Marathon Announces New Route for 2024 Race

The organizers of the New York City Marathon unveiled a new route today for the upcoming 2024 race, promising an even more scenic and inclusive experience for runners and spectators. The new route, which maintains its iconic five-borough course, will introduce changes to highlight cultural landmarks and reduce congestion in key areas.

The most notable change is an expanded loop through the Bronx, adding two miles and incorporating stops near Yankee Stadium and the Bronx Zoo.
